Coach Parker brings a wealth of experience to his role as Head Coach of the Roane State Lady Raiders basketball program. With a coaching career spanning over two decades, he has honed his skills at various levels before joining the Roane State family in 2021.

Initially volunteering his time to both the men’s and women’s teams, Coach Parker’s dedication led to a full-time assistant position. His instrumental role in recruiting for the Lady Raiders laid a strong foundation for his transition to head coach in the 2024-2025 season.

Coach Parker’s philosophy centers around holistic player development. As he states, “I am excited to lead these young women both on and off the court. My focus is on helping them discover their potential while fostering a competitive spirit.”
