Bio
Nathan Worley is a dedicated soccer enthusiast with a career spanning both exceptional playing and coaching achievements.
A native of Knoxville, Worley was a pivotal member of the Christian Academy of Knoxville soccer team, contributing to an unprecedented four consecutive state championships from 2003 to 2006. His collegiate career at Johnson University was equally impressive, marked by two consecutive conference titles – the first in the school's history – and three consecutive All-Conference honors.
Worley's passion for the game led him to coaching. His journey began in 2013 as a graduate assistant at Johnson University, where he later ascended to the role of Associate Coach and Goalkeeper Coach for the women's team. During his tenure, the program experienced unprecedented success, including three consecutive conference championship appearances, producing All-American players, and achieving a program-best national ranking of #4.
Beyond his collegiate coaching, Worley has also served as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Christian Academy of Knoxville, for over six years. Currently, he continues to share his expertise by coaching at a local club in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and as the founder of the Knoxville Futsal Academy.
Worley's impact on the soccer landscape is undeniable. His dedication, coupled with his impressive playing and coaching career, has solidified his position as a respected figure in the Tennessee soccer community.
